This is a watercolour reproduction of an oil painting by the great Post-Impressionist painter, Paul Cezanne – one of the exercises done in class. Unfortunately, due to a clash with my qigong sessions, my art lessons were short-lived.

It is interesting to compare the effect of the two completely different mediums - watercolour, traditionally considered wishy washy, can also evoke a deep and rich response normally associated with oil.
