The architectural award-winning Tanjong Jara Resort in Trengganu  prides itself on giving its residents a truly unique experience which is "Unmistakably Malay". One morning I heard  sounds of a procession – the ritual of  Mandi Bunga – the traditional aromatic bath. Water obtained from seven different sources is fragranced with seven species of flowers.

The highlight of the weekend was enjoying the hospitality of another artist friend of mine, the celebrated Chang Fee Ming. Thank you, Fee Ming, for your invaluable tips and encouragement.
